ACTS is an enterprise construction ERP serving GCs, subs, and field crews. Web admin plus native mobile apps, GPS-tracked time, change orders, and unified financial logic.
Problem
Construction companies juggle six or more disconnected tools — scheduling, payroll, time tracking, change orders, document management. Data falls through the cracks; profit margins disappear in the gaps.
Solution
We built a unified ERP — web for office admins, iOS plus Android apps for field crews — with shared real-time state, financial logic, and reporting.
