A subscription marketplace for antique and vintage vehicles — 1932 Fords and similar classics. Web platform plus iOS and Android apps. Subscription tiers, in-app purchases, and a sophisticated image-processing pipeline.
Problem
Vehicle marketplace listings need photos in many aspect ratios — square thumbnails, hero banners, mobile cards. Sellers shouldn't have to crop and re-upload. The platform also needed subscription billing and IAP for mobile.
Solution
We architected an image processing pipeline that auto-generates multi-aspect-ratio variants on upload, served via S3 + CDN. Built marketplace flows, subscription tiers, and native mobile apps that share the same backend.
